ML Series Cold Cathode & Fluorescent Backlight Panels
The ML Series Cold Cathode Backlight Panel offers a uniform, flicker-free illumination across a variety of viewing areas. They are an ideal solution for machine vision applications, as well as applications that involve film and paper examinations, frame grabbing and process inspection. Also, their low profile
enables them to be placed in tight spaces, like on assembly lines or under conveyor belts during the in-process inspection. The lamps, which are fluorescent, provide 10,000 hours of uniform lighting across the viewing area; either 4"x5" (ML-0405), 6"x8" (ML-0608), or 8"x12" (ML-0812). The lamps are driven by high-frequency electronic
ballast to provide a flicker-free illumination. The come completely with a 24 VDC adapter with universal voltage input (90-250VAC). The ML0405 can come with the adapter or can by powered by 6 AAA batteries.

The unit is an ideal solution for machine vision applications, as well as applications involving film and paper examinations, frame grabbing and process inspection. The low profile enables fluorescent units to be placed in tight spaces like on assembly lines, or under conveyor belts during the in-process inspection. The light panels utilize replaceable, specialty T5 fluorescent lamps, which offer high-output, deluxe daylight illumination (5000K). The lamps provide 7,000 hours of uniform lighting across the entire viewing area. The panels are available with ether an 8"x18" (ML-0818) or 12"x18" (ML-1218) viewing area. Also, these lamps are driven by high-frequency (25 kHz) electronic ballasts to provide a flicker-free illumination. The units are supplied complete with a 24VDC adapter with universal voltage input of 100-240VAC. The two lamps are modified from a F13T5 and are available from us.
