Model 170-D
The Model 170-D is a high intensity 150-watt quartz-halogen illuminator packaged in a compact housing. Also, like the Model 180, it is capable of delivering 40,000 foot-candles of intense, cool illumination. This unit is ideal for OEM applications where small size is an important consideration and minimal vibration will not present a problem. Also, this unit is compatible with all DJI standard and custom fiber optic light guides and fiber optics. The Model 170-D also has an intensity control of 50 to 100%, with a EKE standard lamp. The optional EJV is available at request of customer.
Model 180
The Model 180 is a 150-Watt quartz halogen illuminator that can deliver upwards of 40,000 foot-candles of high intensity, cool illumination. It was designed
to be durable with the lowest possible audible noise and vibration levels that are typically required in most machine vision applications. This unit is compatible with all of DJI
standard and custom fiber optic light guides and fiber optics. The Model 180 has an intensity control of 50 to 100%, with the option of a EKE or EJV lamp.
MI-150 Illuminator
The MI-150 is a 150-Watt quartz halogen illuminator that can deliver upwards of 30,000 foot-candles of high intensity, cool-light illumination. It was designed
to be a safe and hassle-free operation and mates securely with standard light guides, which eliminates adapters. This unit is compatible with all of DJI
standard and custom fiber optic light guides and fiber optics. The MI-150 has an intensity control of 0 to 100%, with the option of a EKE or EJV lamp. The unit is also available as part of a complete fiber optic illumination system.
Model 3100 Illuminator
The Model 3100 is a 30-Watt quartz halogen illuminator that can deliver upwards of 10,000
foot-candles of cold illumination. It was designed to be economical, light weight which makes it useful for co-axial illumination in microscopy applications. This units nosepiece is compatible with
all of DJI standard and custom fiber optic light guides and fiber optics. The Model 3100 has a light level settings that are obtained via the 4-position intensity control switch, which uses a EKZ
lamp. The unit is also available in either a single gooseneck or ringlight configuration.
Model DC950 Illuminator
The Model DC950 is a 150-Watt quartz halogen illuminator that features a DC-regulated
output, which is stabilized to +/-0.5%. It was designed specifically for machine vision lighting where variation in input line voltages would otherwise effect the system. This units nosepiece
is compatible with all of DJI standard fiber optics configuration. The Model DC950 has an intensity control of 0 to 100%, with a EKE quartz halogen lamp. The unit also features a universal AC
input power and color filtering capability.
Model 190
The Model 190 is a 30 watt quarts halogen illumination system capable of
delivering over 10,000 foot candles of intense, cold illumination. The model features a rugged, convention cooled with hard mounting enclosure which results in zero noise, vibration,
or air particle generation, which is an important benefit in the semiconductor and other microscopy applications. With the four positions, solid state, light intensity switch allows
for a selection of appropriate light levels. The optional 190-1 system includes the BGT1826 optic light guide and LH759 focusing lens.
MH100
The fiber-lite MH100 delivers up to 2x the light output of standard quarts
halogen light source. The Metal Halide illuminator is designed to provide brilliant white light with true color rendering and balance. The unit features 0 to 100% intensity control
via manual iris, 5500K to 6500K color temperature, an optional UV/IR filter on visible light models and a low housing and fiber optic interface surface temperature. The 100 watt
metal halide illuminator is ideal for industrial applications including but not limited to packaging, materials handling, printing, automotive, food and other industries.
