Bright Field Ringlights

bright field function The Bright Field Ring Light combines the direct illumination with the around the lens mounting convenience, providing an out of the way lighting solutions for those applications that require a high degree of contrast on non-reflective objects. Diameters rang from 50mm to 125mm, so that the ring lights can be configured for a wide variety of working distances and fields of view. All Bright Field Ring Lights are available in the full spectrum of visible and IR wavelengths, with many available in RGB “all color” version. Optional mounting can be included, which include brackets, “C” mounts, and collar mounts.

Dark Field Illuminators

Classic Function The Dark Field Illuminator is generally used on reflective surfaces to create a stark contrast between the background and specific features. Using light to create dark areas may sound like a strange idea, but by projecting light at an angle to the surface of an object will cause it to be deflected away from the camera – unless the surface variation causes the light to deflect into the lens. Dark Field Low Angle Function Illuminators include a classic 45° and a low angle opposed light.
