Model 5

Model 5 RinglightThe Model 5 is the ideal lighting solution for those situations that require a concentrated illumination, yet space presents a challenge. With its low profile design, it only is 0.81” (20.6mm) high and has a small 0.984” (25mm) bore. The unit is designed for a wide variety of machine vision applications, which include automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics assembly, medical, laboratory, semiconductor and industrial markets. The unit is constructed of rugged, black anodized aluminum housing and utilizing a high frequency (25 kHz) driver, which provides a 360° of flicker-free illumination. The model comes standard with a deluxe daylight (5100K) bulb, which the users can expect 7,000 hours of maintenance, uniform, shadow-free illumination. Other lamp options are available for this unit, including black light blue (UV) and two other wavelength specific colors, which include blue and red. In addition, polarized filters can also be used to minimize reflections for those applications that require an illumination of reflective material.
