Model 9
The Model 9's configuration provides 360° of uniform, shadow-free, and glare-free illumination for those applications, such as biological analysis, inspection and microscopy.
The polycarbonate plastic housing stays cool to the touch and does not radiate heat, which may otherwise affect the illumination. Each unit is supplied with an adapter to fit virtually any microscope or camera.
Mounting brackets are available to adapt the unit to a selection of custom applications. The model comes standard with a deluxe daylight (5100K) bulb, which the users can expect over 7,000 hours of lamp life with uniform and shadow-free illumination.
Other lamp options are available for this unit, including black light blue (UV) and other wavelength specific colors. In addition, polarized filters can also be used to minimize reflections for those applications that require an illumination of reflective material.
